CareLearning: Manager Dashboard - Instructions for Managers
MANAGERS DASHBOARD HOW-TO
Go to https://lms.carelearning.com.
Login using your careLearning Username and password.

From the Managers Dashboard you can:
• View:
o Registrations
o Completions
o Incompletes
o Expirations
• Run reports:
o Progress, Transcripts, Selected Activity
• Print:
o Enrollment Memos
o Event Rosters
• Change your password
• Jump to your careLearning classroom

SIGN OUT
To Sign out, click the drop-down next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click Sign Out.

CHANGE PASSWORD
To change your Password, click the drop-down next to your name in the upper right corner.

Click Change Password.

GO TO YOUR CLASSROOM
To go to your careLearning classroom, click the drop-down next to Manager just below your name.

Click Individual.

NOTE: By clicking Individual, you will be logged out of the Managers Dashboard.
REPORTS
NOTE: Report examples shown are careLearning features currently available. Access to these features is based on your organization’s Letter of Understanding (LOU) with careLearning. If you do not have access to a feature and would like more information on the feature, please contact your organization’s careLearning Administrator/Primary User.
PROGRESS REPORT
Progress Report provides information on Courses, Events, and/or TrackIt.
• Courses listed in Progress Report are those for which individuals are currently registered. For historical data, use Individual Transcript.

Click Go to select data desired.

NOTE: The default setting for Progress Report includes Courses, Events, and TrackIt. If you do not want all three, deselect by unchecking the appropriate box/es

Progress Report - Courses
To run a Progress Report on Courses only, deselect Events and TrackIt. This will change those selections to gray leaving only data related to Courses available for this report.

The default setting is Current which provides information on what is currently in the careLearning classroom. To narrow the information, click Date Range and enter the dates desired.

Progress Report - Events
Events are live activities that take place in-person versus on-line. Progress Report defaults to a date range covering all Events. To narrow the information, enter the desired dates.

Progress Report - TrackIt
TrackIt provides documentation of anything with an expiration date. Progress Report provides all TrackIt information for the selected individuals/departments.

Select how you want the Progress Report to display the information you have selected.

The default Status setting is Both, which will provide information on complete and incomplete activities. To select Complete (only) or Incomplete (only), use the drop-down provided.

Select Individual or Department.

Select the desired Individual or Department from the drop-down.

After all selections have been made, click Print.

If the report has multiple pages use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSCRIPT
Individual Transcript provides historical data by individual or department. It is like Progress Report but provides more depth.
Click Go to set up the report.

Default settings include Courses, Events, TrackIt.
• You can deselect by unchecking the check box of those features you do not want to include in the report.

Individual Transcript - Courses
To run an Individual Transcript Report on Courses only, deselect Events and TrackIt. This will change those selections to gray leaving only data related to Courses available
for the report.

Under Courses, the default setting is Current which provides information on what is currently in the careLearning classroom. To narrow the information, click Date Range and enter the dates desired.

Individual Transcript - Events
Events are live activities that take place in-person versus on-line. Individual Transcript defaults to a date range covering all Events. To narrow the information, enter the desired dates.

Individual Transcript - TrackIt
TrackIt provides documentation of anything with an expiration date. Individual Transcript provides all TrackIt information for the selected individuals/departments.

Select how you want the Individual Transcript to display the information you have selected. The default setting is by Department.

Selecting Display by Individual allows you to select from the drop-down, the individual desired.

After all selections have been made, click Print.

If the report has multiple pages use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.

SELECTED ACTIVITY
Selected Activity provides a report on a specific Course or Event.

Click Go to set up the report.

The default setting is Courses.
• To run an Events report, click the radio button in the Events box.

Selected Activity – Courses
Select the desired course from the drop-down.

Select the desired date range.
• NOTE: If date range is not selected, the report may show multiple registrations for a course that has been assigned over the duration of the default date range.

Select the Status desired.
• Both – provides Complete and Incomplete
• Complete
• Incomplete

Select Department to be displayed.

Click Print.

If the report has multiple pages use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.

Selected Activity – Events
Click Events.

Select desired Event from drop down.
Select Status desired:
• Both – Complete and Incomplete
• Complete
• Incomplete

Select Department from Display drop down.

Click Print

If the report has multiple pages use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.

ENROLLMENT MEMO
Enrollment Memo provides the careLearning login information for individuals/department you have been given access to by your organization’s careLearning Administrator/Primary User.
Enrollment Memo content is set up by your organization. Content can only be changed by your organization’s careLearning Administrator/Primary User.
Click Go to access Enrollment Memo.

There are two types of Enrollment Memos available.
• New – generally used for individuals new to careLearning
• Reminder - generally used for individuals who have used careLearning before
o NOTE: your organization may have the same content in both or may have different content in each. Please review before distributing.
Select Type desired from the drop down.

NOTE: Default setting is for Department. If Individual is desired, click Individual.
Select Individual or Department.

Select desired Department or Individual from drop-down.

Click Print.
If there are multiple Memos use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.

EVENT ROSTER
Event Roster provides a sign-in sheet with individual names. Event Roster is useful for meetings, live training, vendor demonstrations, etc., that take place within a department.
Following the Event, give the Roster to your careLearning Administrator/Primary User for entry to the individuals’ careLearning records. This data will then be available on individual Progress Reports and Individual Transcripts.
Click Go to access Event Roster.

Select the desired Department from the drop-down.

Click Print.

If there are multiple pages use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view the following pages.

Print or download by using the tools in the upper right corner of the report screen.

To return to the previous screen, click Close.
