Session is expired error or other errors while printing DA2 reports
Due to a current bug in Cerner 2018.14/Mpages 8.4 Upgrade for CERN_COMO 7/12/23 the printing button does not work in DA2.
In Discern Analytics 2.0 (DA2.exe), when you print a Discern Analytics 2.0 report, a pop up dialog appears stating that the viewing session is expired.
The workaround for this issue is to export the report as PDF, open the document within Citrix, and print from the Adobe Acrobat Reader view.
1. Export by clicking the export icon and the Export Report pop up box opens

2. Select the PDF Export format from the drop down box.
3. Click the all pages button
4. Click Fit To Auto button
5. Click the OK button
Adobe Reader opens.
6. Click the Print icon in Adobe Reader
The Print dialog box opens that shows the default computer printer.
7. Click the Print button.
