Accessing Square 9

Square 9 can be accessed from any PC within the OSH network.

If you are remote, you will need to VPN into the network to be able to access the site.

To open Square 9, in a web browser navigate to http://srv-square9/Square9Web.

There is a shortcut on the S:\ drive that you can copy (by dragging) to your desktop if you wish.

Your username and password is the same that you use to login to you computer or email (leave off the @oksurg.com).

Access to "archives" must be setup for each user.

If you can not login or do not see the archive that you need, please have your supervisor log a help desk ticket.

They will need to include the name of the archives and if write/modify access is needed.
