Preference Card Maintenance - Inactivating Preference Card
While you're not able to technically "delete" preference cards, what you can do instead is inactivate them. This prevents them from showing in search results and from being usable in scheduled cases.
- This is done in Preference Card Maintenance by searching for the card(s) you wish to inactivate
- Selecting them from the search results (you can multiselect here if you wish to inactivate more than one card)
- Unchecking the "Active" box in the top right corner of the "General" tab.
- Next time you perform a search you won't see it within the search results.
On the other hand, if you ever need to view a card you've inactivated, you can access them by navigating to View on your toolbar and then clicking the option for Inactive. This allows them to show up in your search results.
