Setup of Tabs and Views in Cerner Revenue Cycle
You can customize your preferences any way that you would like, as there are more options available on some of the tabs under the edit layout. The tabs need to make sense to you and your workflow.
You will want to make sure you have enable the "Patient Accounting View" for Revcycle.

General > Non-Patient Perspective Enable "My Workflow". This will allow you to see the queues assigned to you.

General > Patient Perspective Enable Patient Account and Registration.

1. Open an encounter in Revenue Cycle before beginning the setup
2. On any of the tabs, select
- 3 circles

View Layout
- Edit
- Select all fields that you want
(using each of the screenshots below in step 6, update each tab)
3. Align the fields as desired, making sure that any data will fit into the columns.
NOTE: if you make the width too narrow, you will always be realigning.
4. You will need to save each current tab layout by
- 3 circles

View Layout
- Save
5. Arrange ALL the tabs as desired, save

7. You can arrange your tabs and sections as you like. This format can be set as your default view for each time you open an encounter.
Make sure you have the tab highlighted that you want to default to each time.
The order of the tabs layout in step 6 is the recommended order from left to right.

- Select View
- Perspective Layout
- Save
Now, each time you open an encounter, it will default to where you want to start.
