Charging Bladder Scanning by Documenting
1. Open PowerChart
2. Select patient and open chart
3. Go to Tasks in left dark blue menu
4. Look for Bladder Scan in Task list and double click on the Task Description words to open Interactive View.
5. Complete the pertinent fields
6. Click green check mark to sign, this charts the results and drops the charge.
7. Charge viewer shows the bladder scanner charge
