Job Aid for Retrieval of Care Learning Employee Login Information

1. Log in to ADP from any desktop PC (information unavailable from a mobile device).

2. Click on Myself

3. Click on Profile

4. Locate your Position ID#. Note the LAST 4 Numbers of your Position ID.

5. Your login information will be the FIRST 4 letters of your LAST NAME + the FIRST letter of your first name and the LAST 4 numbers of your Position ID#.

Your PASSWORD will be your FIRST NAME (all lowercase).

EXAMPLE: Employee Name: Jon Smith Position ID#: 000001234

Care Learning

Login: smitj1234

Password: jon
