If you get an error, you probably don't have DA2 access granted. You can submit an SR to AMS for an account or ask your implementation team if you haven't been transitioned yet.

3. If you've never logged into DA2 before or there was a recent update, you may see this screen. Proceed to the normal screen by clicking on the workbench button in the top right hand corner.

4. From the Reports tab, open the the primary folder called Published Reports. You can click on the triangle that appears to the left of the folder when mouse over it or double click on the button.
5. You should see a folder for each solution area, which contain sub-folders for Oracle Health Standard and CommunityWorks Standard, as well as a folder for your facility. From here, you'll need to
navigate to the report you want to run. In this example, we'll run a report in the Patient Accounting root-level folder and CommunityWorks Standard sub-folder.
Reports written for and by your facility will be in your facility's folder (e.g. Oracle custom developments or GL Mapping).

Running a Report
1. In this example, we've opened the Patient Accounting - CommunityWorks Standard folder, right clicked on the report we want to run and selected the top context menu option Run Report.

2. Most reports will have runtime prompts that will need to be reviewed and updated. For this example, we're going to click on the button to the right of the Activity Dt/Tm runtime prompt in order to
modify the date range of the report. If you leave any runtime prompts blank, you will not be able to select Execute on the prompts screen.

3. Modify the Activity Dt/tm runtime prompt via the pop up window. For this example, the default is Last 1 Days from the "Relative Count" radial button.
When looking at date/time options, Last 1 Week will look at the last full week, i.e. Sunday - Saturday. Last 1 Month will look at the last full calendar month from the first to the last day of the
month. Finally, Last 1 Day will look at the last full day from 00:00:00 - 23:59:59. Therefore, by selecting Last 1 Days, we are selecting the last full day (yesterday). Nothing from today will be
included. If it's last 1 month, nothing from this month will be included. You can also pick an exact date range or look at other relative date option.

4. We can also change which billing entities are in the report with the button next to the BE Name runtime prompt.

5. From the pop out window for the BE Name runtime prompt, we can specify which billing entities we would like to report on by selecting a value(s) in the left-hand list and move it to the
right-hand side via the "Move >" button between the lists. If you select a value that you no longer need, you can remove them by also clicking on the "< Move" button. The selected values can
also be in included or excluded with the buttons at the bottom of the window. If you select "Null" and exclude, all possible values will populate.
Selecting Exclude: Null means to include everything.

6. Once you're satisfied with the runtime prompt selections, click Execute to run the report. If you pick a very large time frame this might take a little while. All reports in DA2 must finish in under
an hour or the report will be aborted. If you need to run a report for a very large period of time, you may consider running it multiple times in smaller chunks such as a month or week increments
and put the data together in a spreadsheet application after the reports are finished.

Exporting the Data
Opening in Citrix
1. Once the report has run successfully, you can export the data behind the scenes (e.g. any data bindings/elements from the query) via the left most export button which is the Export Data button
in the tool bar within the report. This only returns the raw query data. This export option allows you to investigate the data behind the scenes or slice and dice the data differently than the report
does. Important to note, this will not contain any formatting.

2. From the Export Data pop up window, select the columns from the query you want to view. Select an element from the available columns and use the single arrow > to move the one element
into the selected columns or the double arrow >> to move all elements into the selected columns. Click OK.

3. A new Downloads box will pop up on your DA2 session. Click Open.

4. We now have the data extract of the report in OpenOffice within Citrix. Exporting the data of your report using these steps will allow for a quick, ad-hoc view of your data. If you want to
save a version of this onto your local device, please follow the instructions listed in the next section.

It is important to save the file locally on your desktop or within your documents, otherwise, you will not be able to access it. Use the file path, Network > Client > C$ > Users >
Your username > You are now on your local device and can save the file in the location you want.

4. After saving, your file will still appear in the Downloads box. To access the file, navigate to the location where you saved the file on your local device. Open the saved file from
this location.

Exporting the Report
Opening in Citrix
1. Once the report has executed successfully, you can export the report via the right most green arrow which is the Export Report button in the tool bar within the report. This will export
the report as is with all of the data manipulation, formatting and functions.

2. From the export report pop up window, click OK. You can change the export format, but this will depend on your needs. If you choose XLSX, the document will open in OpenOffice.
To ensure all of the data populates on one sheet within your XLSX document, make sure to check the "Force to Single Sheet" box within the Additional Options section at the
bottom of the box. If you want to save the file locally, you will need to follow the steps listed in the next section.

3. A new Downloads box will pop up on your DA2 session. Click Open.

4. We now have the export of the report in OpenOffice within Citrix in the formatting as seen within DA2. Exporting report allows you to hold all of the grouping, formatting, etc.
you have already applied within your report's design.
