PowerChart Touch Document Filter
To see all documents and not just the Physician documents in PowerChart Touch, complete the following steps:
- Open PowerChart Touch on phone
- Select patient
- Next to the words Documents is a filter button, click it
4. Pop up box shows system filters, select All Notes and scroll to see the desired notes.
